We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange, refund, or credit. Most items may be Exchanged or Returned for a refund within 7 days.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.
Additional shipping charges apply on exchanges.

Returned merchandise must have a RMA # ( Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Items will not be accepted without a RMA #

Clothing will not be accepted without hanging tags attached and in original bag. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Credits will only be issued to the charge card used in the original order
 
A credit will be issued within one week once we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
